BestCup has broken through the accepted ceiling of quality for a pod-brewed coffee with a new grinding technology called KMS; for Kinetic Mass Separation. First, it minimizes the cellulose coffee husk that ends up in your coffee. Also known as “chaff”, this unwanted byproduct of grinding coffee adds sour and undesirable flavor to coffee. KMS also removes unwanted coffee micro fines from the grind, that will quickly turn stale and yield bitterness. The end result of KMS is a ground coffee that is engineered to taste better in a pod
